Pat leverages over 35 years of retail operations, merchandising, ecommerce, call center and change management experience to support clients through organizational change. She has served as business readiness and change lead for retail and wholesale clients in the U.S. and globally.
Pat has developed and executed business readiness strategies for omnichannel, order management, warehouse management, call center, ecommerce re-platforms, merchandise planning, replenishment and store fulfillment applications. She has developed training programs for WMS, OMS, call center and store fulfillment, both in-person and virtual, including the recent implementation of a 100% virtual remote training program for a new call center located in Europe.
Thanks to her deep functional experience, Pat is skilled at understanding the needs of the business and is adept at helping communicate those needs to technical teams, facilitating the collaboration of cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives are met.
