Meet our ERP Practice Lead - Nancy Seaboldt

Over the course of Nancy’s career, she has sat in the role of the client, managed disparate teams, and completed multiple implementations. That cumulative experience gives her the perspective to understand our clients’ culture and help them articulate what they need.

She fully understands the array of functionality these systems provide, and that puts her in a position to bring a rational, no-nonsense, targeted approach to accomplish the goals the customer is looking for.

Case Study: Beverage manufacturer looking to implement an ERP system

The client was in an aggressive growth mode, positioning themselves to significantly increase their production capabilities with plans in motion to stand up an additional manufacturing/warehouse facility. They knew they needed core systems to allow them to improve productivity and support their growth but didn’t know where to start.

Outcomes:

  • Summit led the Client team to select an ERP system specifically targeted to their business requirements.
  • The team worked out a roadmap for the implementation which prioritized key functionality to be delivered up front to be followed with subsequent phases once core capabilities were delivered.
