• Dustin Vaughn is a program leader at Summit Advisory Team with over 25 years of experience in supply chain projects. Prior to joining Summit, Dustin spent several years on the client side of warehouse projects before engaging as a third-party integrator consultant with both large and small firms.
• Dustin has completed multiple full-life-cycle warehouse projects in North and Latin America, Asia, and Europe for retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer facilities. He has both executed and led the design, WMS configuration, testing, training, and go-live support phases. His projects have ranged from fully manual facilities in Central America to highly automated sites in Germany.
• Having started out his career with Disney as a staff industrial engineer, Dustin has deep exposure to both operational and IT roles on a variety of warehouse projects utilizing Manhattan Associates, Oracle, and SAP as well as various labor and foreign trade zone applications. He has successfully utilized a variety of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid.
