Prior to joining Summit, Dylan held multiple business operations and product management positions including strategic leadership roles at multiple major omnichannel retailers.

Dylan has led multiple strategic initiatives guiding retailers through agile deliveries related to increasing market share, improving core transactional metrics, and improving customer Net Promoter Scores (NPS) including major migrations from antiquated technology to best of breed solutions. These initiatives included changes to stores, marketing, digital commerce, and post-purchase experiences including fulfillment, returns, and customer care. He has developed the experience vision and led product teams to develop and deliver the strategies that bring the vision to life.

As an experience architect and product leader, Dylan was a strategic thought leader for multiple retailers’ transformation to MACH architecture as well as delivering an API First strategy and integration framework improving the developer experience while also improving technology delivery speed & agility.

At a major retailer, Dylan led the development of an enterprise strategy to add personalized style and fit assistance for in-store and online customers resulting in significant customer and sales metric improvements.
