Jill is a senior leader with over 25 years of experience leading supply chain operations and strategy teams on the client side. Jill has experience managing supply chain strategies, change initiatives and building relationships with senior leadership.

Jill’s past role on the client side as vice president of supply chain operations at Neiman Marcus provided a variety of experience, most recently including developing a network modernization and optimization strategy. Customer experience was at the forefront of the strategy, utilizing automation to achieve productivity targets in both brownfield and greenfield facilities. While in that role, Jill led teams that supported distribution center operations, industrial engineering, facilities, partner relations, EDI and international operations.

Jill has a strong background in bridging the gap between warehouse management systems and their use in the operation, leading the business through multiple WMS implementations and upgrades.

While at Summit, Jill has led projects from operational execution challenges, network analysis and the implementation of a vendor performance program. Jill is the practice lead for Summit Advisory Team’s Supply Chain Operations Practice, helping clients through strategic and operational projects.

Jill stays connected with industry insights through her many leadership positions with several organizations such as RILA and RVCF.
