• Over the last 8 years, Keanau has spent most of his career working as a learning and development expert. He holds a Masters of Science in Instructional Design from Georgia State University and has been diligently applying evidence-based approaches to adult learning to multiple industries ranging from retail and supply chain, to healthcare and software development.
  • In his time with the Northside Hospital System, Keanau assisted in the development of the change and training plan for the Internal Medicine Residency program as they transitioned through the merger and changeover to a new EHR.
  • At Peloton, he helped design and implement new training for the implementation of the Manhattan WMS. Additionally, he assisted in the development and implementation of the change management plan to add the training into the New Hire Onboarding process.
  • During his time at Activision, Keanau worked on various programs and initiatives. Most notably he worked closely as an internal training consultant with the leaders of the development teams for Call of Duty as they navigated the landscape of becoming a first-party Microsoft developer.
  • Having worked in multiple industries, as well as experiencing 3 mergers and acquisitions, Keanau’s experience and knowledge covers a wide range on how best to approach training and change management for various clients and building a relationship between leadership and their employees.
